 We rebuild powersteering (p/s) hose assemblies. Price starts at $35.00 USD. If it's any longer or requires welding, then it will cost you more. Don't buy the junkyard hose assemblies. If we rebuild your hose assembly, they will be much better than the OEM junky, because we use hydraulic hose & hydraulic fittings to substitute the OEM. Photo seen here is not a Merkur p/s hose assembly. It's a Gates Rubber OEM p/s hose assembly. We do not stock these OEM p/s hoses, but we can deliver these types if you insist on a brand new p/s hose assembly, or if they are still supported. |
 We repair air conditioning (A/C) hose assemblies. Allow 2 to 24 hours for each job. Some jobs may even take longer. Please mark hose/fitting positions before you remove them from the car/truck. Use paint or a "White-Out" to mark your lines. Once crimped, these fittings cannot be twisted from their axis. Any mistakes in this case will not be our fault. You'll be paying for the second repair---same cost. Prices differ, because of hose assembly sizes and lengths.

 Brake hose assemblies. We repair or build new assembly using Aeroquip or Goodridge Teflon® core, SAE 100R14 hose. These hoses are made of an advance plastic developed by DuPont. SAE 100R14 hose is like a plastic straw on soda cups, and kinks almost instantly if bent too much. Tube cover is a mesh of braided steel. Excellent vibration and heat resistance; however, these custom hose assemblies are NOT D.O.T. APPROVED. Of course, there are available pre-assembled brake lines, made by Goodridge that are D.O.T. approved. We will list them here when available.
